As can be clearly seen from the pre-intervention photos (photo 10,11) and a small section that escaped the "upgrading" (photo 9), this was one of the few streets in this city with sufficient sidewalk width. The administration, however, decided that it should also be adapted to match the (under)"development" of the city and to "legally" hand it over to cars. He even arranged to make it easy the completely illegal use of any sidewalk was left over, making as many ramps as possible that invite cars to intrude (e.g. photos 3,4,9,15). In its larger part it is no longer easy for two pedestrians to cross, and of course that is impossible for two wheelchairs (or strollers, etc.). The width has been reduced so much that at some point the trees planted on the sidewalk are now on the street pavement (photo 5). Another fake project characterized by taxpayers' waste of money on environmental destruction projects .
